To reschedule an appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, use the rescheduling link within the confirmation email to re-book your appointment.

If a client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows for a session, there will a $15 cancellation fee to reschedule the appointment.

If a client isn't present 10 minutes after the appointment time, it's considered a no-show.
